As a consultant I often wear the hat of a coach or cheerleader. I am an advocate for the things I believe will actually help get you to the next level.

One of the things that I am broken-record about is gait. The consistency with which we do the things that will lead to the results we want reveals two things: that we actually want what we say we want, and that we understand what we need to do to get there.

We can’t get around the truth that we are what we do. A great salesman isn’t simply great because they are persuasive, they also make an amazing number of calls every week. A great athlete practices away from the spotlight to perform well once in it.

When it comes to what you want, only you can truly answer what that is. When it comes to getting there, sometimes we need a coach or consultant to show us the actions required to achieve our goals.
