I constantly advise my clients to keep activity consistent, whether it be blogging or business development. Establish a pace and then keep it, remembering that it is a marathon not a sprint. Keeping it, however, is the key.

So why haven’t I been keeping it? Things are going really well, and I am incredibly busy. Is that back-handed bragging? No, if I were my client I would tell them that is the worst reason ever. In proving that doing the right things produces great results, I fail to learn the positive message from history and stop doing the right things.

There, I have publicly reprimanded myself, and commit to do better. Learn from my mistake!
