I am a huge believer in the principle of sowing and reaping. But you have read that here before.
One of the things that is also important is finding a way to aggregate the information that comes form activity (sowing) and collating into useful data buckets (part of fertilizing) to create insights. These insights properly formed and executed upon create better yields at harvest time!!
Activity alone is useless without tending or fertilizing. Fertilizer can kill if misapplied. Putting it together in harmony is art and science and produces a harvest to celebrate.
